Authentic Ayahuasca Ceremonies with the Huni Kuin People • Anaconda Movement

Our mission is one: empowerment & cultural preservation.

Our philosophy centers on reciprocity. We believe the knowledge of plant medicine, passed down through generations, deserves respect and fair exchange.

The Anaconda Movement facilitates safe and transformative ayahuasca ceremonies, led by Pajé Ayani, for those seeking personal growth. Importantly, a majority of the funds raised go directly back to the Huni Kuin community, empowering them and ensuring the sustainability of their ancestral practices.

We believe life itself is a ceremony, filled with opportunities for growth and transformation. That’s why the Anaconda Movement offers a variety of experiences beyond ayahuasca ceremonies. We organize healing concerts that uplift the spirit and create a space for collective connection. Hapéh circles, a traditional Amazonian tobacco used for cleansing and focus, are also available. Additionally, we offer kambo ceremonies, sananga sessions, and other healing sessions designed to promote well-being on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

The Anaconda Movement invites you to embark on a transformative journey that honors the ancestral wisdom while fostering a path towards a brighter future, The Ancestral Future. By participating in our offerings, you not only invest in your own well-being but also contribute to the empowerment and cultural preservation of the Huni Kuin people. Together, we can build bridges of understanding and reciprocity, ensuring the continued vibrancy of indigenous traditions for generations to come.

Ayani Hunikuin

Medicine Woman

I’m Ayani Hunikuin, a medicine carrier from the Amazon in Brazil. I’ve dedicated my life to sharing the rich culture and ancient wisdom passed down from my father, a great Paje. As a professional weaver, like my mother before me, I weave the voices of the women of the Floresta. I travel to preserve my heritage and connect humanity to the traditions of my people. This is my calling.

Josefina Eguiguren

Founder

I’m Josephina, founder of Anaconda Movement. For the past 8 years, it’s been my passion to uplift and preserve the beautiful Huni Kuin culture. I feel so fortunate to connect with and learn from the Huni Kuin community.

Our mission is to build bridges between their ancestral traditions and the modern world.

Rani Hunikuin

Txana

I’m Rani Hunikuin, Ayani’s daughter and mother of 3. I’ve been playing guitar since childhood and weave like my mother, I love traveling with her, bridging my generation to the outside world through our music, art and traditions. As a young Hunikuin woman, I aim to inspire youth while preserving our cultural heritage. Sharing our voice is my passion.
